How can we work together?

Can I save my spot in your calendar?
Easily. Every collaboration comes with a contract to sign and a 50% deposit to pay. Signing the contract and paying the deposit secures your brand elevation.
When can we start collaborating?
I book projects 1-2 months in advance. Because I’m a boutique studio, I like to plan way in advance to make sure every client need and aspiration is fully met. So the sooner you complete the brand questionnaire, the better. First in, first served, as they say.
How many rounds of refinements are included?
Every project includes 2 rounds of refinements before we choose our final visual direction.
How many design concepts will be presented?
I design multiple (read: three) concepts that emphasize your brand’s values and create connection with your audience. Once I’ve defined the strongest one, I develop and expand it before presenting it via an in-depth design showcase.
How do payments work?
Standard payments include a 50% deposit that’s paid upfront, and 50% before your final files are released. I can also offer a payment plan that splits your investment into instalments. Payments are always scheduled by date, not by milestones, and made online via bank transfer.

Can I have just a logo designed?
Nope. I believe in taking a holistic approach to my client’s brands. It’s never just about packaging, or a logo, or a website. Every project is a culmination of thought and strategy, and how we can weave those elements together in the most sustainable way possible.
Do you offer printing services?
I don’t physically print anything. Instead, I design everything from inception to completion (which includes sourcing a printing supplier, paper, sampling and dieline creation, press check, etc.) and give you everything you need to print your designs professionally.
Can you design custom packaging?
