We book projects 1-2 months in advance. Because we are a boutique studio, we like to plan way in advance to make sure every client's need and aspiration are fully met. So the sooner you complete the brand application, the better. First in, first-served, as they say.

However, most projects will start off the same. We begin with an in-depth discovery session to deep-dive into your business, followed by a tailored creative direction. Then we create your primary + secondary logos, sub-marks, a curated colour palette, iconic typography system, personalised patterns or icons and a stunning brand style guide to follow as your go-to manual.

Standard payments include a 50% deposit that’s paid upfront and 50% before your final files are released. We can also offer a payment plan that splits your investment into instalments. Payments are always scheduled by date, not by milestones, and made online via bank transfer.
